July 28 (Thursday) - "Friends of Whitehall Reception for Resident Philosopher" 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

September 24 (Saturday) - Watch for "Smithsonian sponsored Museum Day."

October 15 (Saturday) - "Apple Day at Whitehall" 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

A celebration of our apple harvest: childrens' activities on the lawn, Indian Pudding tasting and apple treats." No admittance fee, free will offerings accepted..

December 4 (Sunday) - "Christmas at Whitehall" 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Wassail will be served with home baked cookies. Music of the eighteenth century will add to the atmosphere of a 1730's Christmas. No admittance fee, free will offerings accepted. This is a Christmas in Newport event.
